The first time I called to make an appointment, the lady at the front desk was so utterly rude. I wrote it off as her having a bad day and went on. TWICE they called to have my child's appointments rescheduled because they had scheduled my child on a day that their dentists were not in. When I got there on the rescheduled date, they told me that my child didn't have an appointment. My child just recently had an appointment come up that he couldn't make it to. I missed giving them a 24 hour notice. When they called, I immediately knew what it was about. I apologized for not calling and the response--as rude as I've ever heard from someone who's in public relations was: " Well, we can't reschedule that appointment for you because we require a 24 hour notice. We could've filled that slot with someone. Goodbye" I rate this office right there with Kool Smiles.
